Something doesn’t work
Send the page address, your browser and device, what you typed or played, and what you expected to happen. For the audio, picture and video decoders, attach the file if you can share it.
A wrong code or fact
Name the character or the claim, and the source that says otherwise. Codes and timing on the site follow ITU-R M.1677-1, so a source that disagrees with it is worth a look.
A translation that reads wrong
Say which page, quote the words, and suggest better ones. The pages in languages other than English went up before a native speaker checked them, so corrections from native speakers help most.
The API or the embed
Send the request you made and the answer you got back. The API docs and the embed builder answer most setup questions.
